akû is the negative verb of manju gisun, it is used with verbs in -ra/-re/-ro form and verbs in past form, and it is frequently encliticed to the verb stem:
V-ra/-re/-ro+akû = V-rakû
V-ha/-he/-ho+akû = V-hakû/-hekû/-hokû
